Stacy Ann Ferguson, of Irish and Scottish heritage, was born in Southern California. She began her career as a child actress, doing voiceovers for The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show. From 1984 through 1989 she was a regular on the TV show, Kids Incorporated, alongside actress Renee Sands. She and Renee went on to form the female group, Wild Orchid. Stefanie Ridel completed the trio and they put out two albums. In 2003 she got a chance to perform with the Black Eyed Peas on the song 'Hey Mama.'
